ABOUT RETAIL GRAVITY

Retail Gravity helps retailers and restaurants make better location decisions with practical analysis and clear recommendations. I focus on site selection consulting and demographic data that supports real-world expansion, relocation, and market planning.

I started Retail Gravity after spending almost two decades in retail real estate research, where I evaluated markets and locations, built models, and supported site selection decisions at scale. The work was always the same at its core: reduce risk, understand demand, and choose locations that fit the brand and strategy.

WHAT I DO

I work with teams that need location support but don’t want a big platform contract or a complicated process. Common projects include:
